Your consultation request
When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional phone number, service preferences, message and selected inspiration photos are sent to the Maison and stored in private Vercel Blob storage. They are accessible only through the salon’s protected inbox. Photos are reduced on your device before uploading.
These details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a consultation or follow up on your explicit opening-list request. They are not sold or used for unrelated advertising. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Retention & deletion
Requests and photographs are automatically removed after 90 days. The salon can also delete a request earlier from its private inbox. For an earlier deletion, contact the Maison through the form and include your request reference.
Technical protection
The site uses essential session cookies only for the protected salon inbox. It has no advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Hosting processes technical connection information to serve and secure the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier helps limit abusive form submissions; it is removed after two days.
Editorial imagery
Licensed editorial photographs illustrate hair textures, cuts and salon gestures. The people shown are models and professionals photographed elsewhere; they are not presented as the Maison’s team or clients. Artist profiles, client creations and reviews are published only when authentic and approved.
